- Issued by authorized agents
- Applies to FCL and break-bulk
Process
- Submit Bill of Lading & commercial data
- Apply for ECTN and get the number
- Validate before arrival
- Clear with ECTN

- Bill of Lading
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Customs declaration
ECTN number must appear on the B/L.
